Did you know...... that if you leave your bananas connected at the stem, they ripen faster. So when you get home from the store take your bananas apart if you want them to last longer.
This tidbit was sent to me in an e-mail from a friend Heidi. I have been trying it for a few weeks and it does seem to work! I don't like mushy bananas. Mike thought this was funny and something that I should share.
