The Best Time of Year

Last week was a busy week. I was out of town all week for an Ergonomic training class at Ohio State University. It was not exciting to be surrounded by so many Buckeye's but the class was great. That meant that Mike and the boys had to manage on their own. Of course, they do just fine without me. Thanks to Karen who picked them up after school three of the days, feed them, bathed them, and helped Matthew with his homework Mike didn't have to stress so much. That also meant I didn't have to worry about anything either. Their favorite Lisa also helped by watching them for an evening.

After the class it was straight to Brazil for the Covered Bridge Festival. It was perfect weather. Every year I go with my friend Tammy and we focus on finding a few items. This year our main focus was food and Shamwow! We decided it would be fun to scrapbook everything we ate. Here is just a taste of what we had....

One of the best purchases I had for the day was a globe of the world that I found at an antique stand. The boys think it is really cool!
