Tonight we had the Ice Cream Social at school. It is a great event for the kids to meet their teachers and see their new classrooms. I volunteered to scoop ice cream. My 30 minute time slot turned into 1 hour and 15 minutes but it was still fun. I got to scoop mint chocolate chip...probably my least favorite ice cream. Matthew and Adam did a great job putting the spoons in the cups.

As I promised, I would post a picture of Matthew award winning art. It was hung tonight at the school for all to see. I am so proud of him...it brought tears to my eyes.
